  The restaurant is good and has a good choice of food, for all ages. They have a good choice of snacks throughout the day including sandwiches, crepes, chips, etc.

  Pleasant place.. no air conditioning though in any rooms or bar. The queue for the bar is really long, could really do with extra staff on. The room was basic but clean and tidy. The pool was lovely although the floor on the outside was very slippery and lack of sunbeds was very annoying. Even though you couldn't reserve them apparently everyone rushed down at 9am to place towels on everyone of them. The entertainment staff were lovely and always on the go. Quiz night and karaoke was the highlights of the week. Didn't quite get the around the world night and pan pipe night, but saying all this the kids loved it all. Food wasn't the best but you could eat it. The English bar outside to the right of the hotel was amazing. Lovely food and great staff. Was great to have a big coffee.. English breakfast and they do a mean Sunday lunch too..all in all I wouldn't go back to Tenerife but I would stay here again if I did.

  Really happy to be in Tenerife for the first time, but I wouldn't recommend this hotel because the rooms are really old, with 19th century furniture and the staff is not great either..look twice before you book it..just my experience

  What brought my review up to 4 stars is the great animations team, especially Cara. They are always so friendly and happy and try to engage people in as many activities as possible, including aerobics, water polo, rifle shooting, darts, cocktail games, archery, etc.

  Very dated rooms,bad pay wi.fi ,what t.v. in room? cold swimming pool.poor service in outside bar, plastic glasses and plastic chairs.entertainment very poor, restaurant food good ,staff good.

  Some members of staff behind the bar can be quite moody at times but this is made up for by the animations team.

  We stayed at Palia don Pedro this week. The hotel is lovely, but very basic. There is no air conditioning in rooms, only a ceiling fan which did not really make much difference.

  I would definitely recommend this hotel to both families and couples looking for a holiday on a budget!
