  We booked with the hotel direct by telephone and emails which knocks the price down a little instead of through a travel agent and once the apartments was confirmed we booked our flights direct too. By direct booking we saved nearly 250 pounds compared to our first visit.

  Visited here twice now, first in January 2013 and again just recently January 2016 both visits was excellent, just got back and missing the place already. All rooms are fully equipped, you have everything you need as if your at home. The cleaners comes every other day, change and make the bed, change towels and empty bins, the cleaners do a real good job. If your going to hire a car it's best to hire direct with the hotel with no deposit. DO NOT! hire from the airport it's a a nightmare and then your left looking for a vehicle with no assistance. Hiring from the airport can also cost almost £1000.00 deposit too which you don't know until you get there as there is no mention when you book online. So it's easier to get a taxi costing 20 Euros to the hotel then hire from there. You can also change currency at the hotel front desk which is so convenient. By the pool area there are 2 restaurants, a grocery shop, a beauty salon and gym. We will always use this hotel every time we come to Tenerife and we've recommend to family and friends, even my local shop keeper wants to visit and have asked me for the hotel's details. Top marks top hotel, top service.

  Rooms don't have air-conditioning at all and vary a lot from the pictures on the advertisement. Nightmare to get to sleep with the noise the fridge makes so unplugging it is the only option. Pool area is ok and clean. Kaygans bar is a great place to eat day and night and a warm welcome awaits! Less said about the hotel restaurant the better the waiters are rude and have no time for you. Overall the reasons for 4 stars is how clean everything is, kaygans bar and the pool area.

  Tidy room. Bit noisy in the morning as my room faces out into the road. Could have done with a few tea bags / coffee. Ok.
